Get a Energy Sword and a Rocket Launcher or an Assault Rifle (rocket launcher works best). Now look at someone with your Rocket Launcher/Assault rifle so that the cursor turns red. Press Y and then RIGHT TRIGGER very fast, but not too fast or it won't work. If you do it at the right speed, then you should go flying towards your opponent/ally.
