First, you need to have the bombs. Then, take one one out, next put it on the ground. Now, move away slightly so you could still grab it. Next L/Z Target and pull up your shield with your sword out. Now, Without letting go of L/Z and R, Press A as if you're going to grab it. You should see Link put away his sword. If done correctly, you should see Link be pushed back by the blast. Now try to backflip and Link will hop off the ground. You can't use your sword or anything. All the buttons are disabled. This glitch will deactivate if you hop off a ledge or you get hurt. This is better than backflipping because the jump is higher and you can grab on to ledges.
