As Link, pull out a bomb, and press R so that you throw it, and it will probably not explode on contact with the ground. Now stand a little bit away from the bomb and try to pick it up right when it explodes. If done right, Link will not be harmed by the bomb, and better yet, an invisible bomb will be in his hands! You can tell when the glitch works because Link will have his hands out and his shield will be on his back. This is much, much easier if you try it while invincible (with a Starman). You can throw the bomb at people and if you throw it lightly, you can even pick up the invisible bomb again. If you gather lots of invisible bombs in the same area, the area will start to glitch up.
