From the game YuGiOh World Championship Tournament 2004 for the Game Boy Advance
Seems like the game creators didn't feel like removing a glitch that was also in YuGiOh Worldwide Edition. If you use something such as graceful charity and get all 5 pieces of exodia and have to discard one, the game will go to the exodia screen and it will say DRAW and will count as a draw on your record.
