Do a Royal Rumble while a person is running at you. Then, do a Moonsault 03 (the one where you seem to bounce off the ropes and do a moonsault). If timed right, your legs should hit the ropes and they'll hit you and you'll fall out of the ring, but then you'll "float" back in under the bottom rope and onto the mat. This is hard to do intentionally.
