From the game Super Mario Sunshine for the Nintendo Gamecube
Go to Delfino Plaza by the bell that has to be washed. Do the Mess up the manholes glitch on the manhole that is directly under the spirit that will come out. Get it so that you can fall through it. Now, clean the bell, go into the manhole, and then jump out of it. You'll land in the manhole and do the shine sprite dance.
